Metro Auto Parts offers free delivery throughout Chicago land, Northwest Indiana, and the areas surrounding South Bend, and Warsaw. We deliver to Body shops, Mechanical shops, and New and Used car Dealerships.

Shipping
Metro Auto Parts offers FedEx Ground services to customers that are out of our delivery area, and to residents. This comes at a minimal cost to the consumer depending on the weight of package and the zip code being shipped to. Shipping of small packages; i.e. taillights, mirrors, radios, etc. generally runs between $5.00 and $15.00.

We do not ship glass, air bags, or any items weighing over 70 lbs.

Metro Auto Parts also offers Shipping services via common carrier. Items too large to be shipped by FedEx ground, will be sent on common carrier. This service is offered to businesses only, as most freight companies will not deliver to residential locations. This also comes at an additional cost to the consumer, depending on class (i.e. engines are a different class than body panels), weight, size, and zip code. We get freight quotes from several companies, in an effort to get the best price. We do add a small fee for material when packaging large fragile items, such as doors, and front end assemblies. Shipping prices generally start at $80.00 and are always rising due to fuel prices. We will give you a freight quote before shipping so you know what you are being charged.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

We will ship items C.O.D., but there is an added fee for that service, and the carriers will only accept a certified check.

Metro Auto Parts uses a locating service to find parts that we do not have in stock, to aid you in finding the parts you need!
