Extended warranties
We offer extended warranties on drive train products
i.e. engines, transmissions, transfer cases
12 month parts only. Within 12 months of the purchase date we will replace the part. 12 month parts and labor. Within 12 months of the purchase date we will replace the part and pay labor for the part to be installed.
Under all warranties Metro Auto Parts will replace the part with a similar part. A refund will be paid only if a replacement cannot be given to the consumer in a timely fashion. All warranties must be accompanied by the original receipt, and a receipt stating that it was installed by a reputable shop. Warranty will be void if vehicle has been overheated, altered or improperly installed. Labor warranty does not include towing. Labor warranties will be paid to the shop that installs the replacement part after the original part is returned to Metro Auto Parts. Ask your salesperson about the price of the extended warranty for your part, and for the labor rates.
